Pyramid Roofing was founded in 1986 in Dallas, Texas by Dan Worstell and two partners: his father, Jerry, and a former coworker, Don Randles. After receiving his degree in construction management and working for another roofing company selling roofs for two years, Dan decided to put his business savvy to use and strike out on his own. The operation eventually expanded to Denver.
When Dan’s father retired to Virginia, Dan decided to follow and open additional Pyramid Roofing locations where they now stand in Virginia. The former locations in Dallas and Denver split off, so now the primary Pyramid locations are all in the Virginia region.
The Worstell family has made a deep connection with the local community, providing roofs to families in need through organizations like The Eliza Hope Foundation. So, it is no surprise that giving back to the community is a core part of our mission at Pyramid Roofing.
